We help intermediate between our client and other primary mortgage institutions to facilitate National Housing Fund (NHF) from Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and commercial mortgage which serve as bridging facility.  We are equally registered with the Head of Service of the Federation under Federal Government staff housing loans board scheme to provide affordable housing for Public servants. We also part take seminars and workshop for both mortgage institutions and government bodies. Under

this package we also establish and run cooperative societies for organizations and groups e.g NUJ-FCT Cooperative Society, Galaxy Back Bone Cooperative Society etc.

Land Acquisition: We source and negotiate for reasonable price of land including verification of document with individuals and government agencies. We act on behalf of our client to obtain and seek approvals were necessary on all documents up to the certificate of occupancy with the government and consent with individual or group at local level.

Loan arrangement and sourcing of fund: We source fund from other PMI and commercial banks and also from off-shore fund to finance our client project if we are allowed to do so.
